Agent API status: DISCOVERY_ONLY. New source intake, jobs, and L402 invoice
issuance are temporarily unavailable while the isolated runtime completes its
canary. Do not upload media or pay an invoice until this status changes.

When processing opens, Agent media jobs use the isolated agents-api.plebtv.com
service. Uploaded media and job outputs are private artifacts and are not
published to Impress.
